My experience here was awesome right from the time I walked in the door. The sales associate Carolyn made direct eye contact with me and smiled letting me know she sees me. Then she came directly over asking if she can help me find anything and I advised what I was looking for and she took me over directly to the merchandise. Her customer service skills were amazing and I was so grateful that I got to interact with such a great human. Also the associate at the payment desk who took my payment she was wonderful too. I thanked them both for their amazing service and shared how important great customer service is to me. So thank you Worldwide furniture for having such great staff as Carolyn because she will make a person want to buy something simply because she is awesome.

The customer service was excellent Carolyn from the Atrium branch help us to select the perfect sectional. The men who came to deliver was so polite and helpful. Worldwide Furniture is the best.

Joel was great! We were looking for a sofa bed and he showed us the sleeper chest which will work perfectly in our space!
