We had their tech coming out during the pandemic and the tech was knowledgeable and replaced the part needed and fixed the problem. This time, our garage door was not closing and the staff just walked us through to align the sensor and fixed the problem quickly without charge or sending a tech out. This just prompts us to give them 5 stars, with their honest and professional service and advice.
