The entire process from inquiry to dispatch to repairs for my garage door was done in less than 24 hrs. Communication about the arrival of the tech at my house was done through a tracking app, and the tech Dan Rose (great guy) knew to go to the back laneway where my garage was located, instead of meeting me in the front. He also checked in on the other single garage door to assess its condition and assured me it was in good working order. I had and excellent experience.

Same day service, I was fortunate that service could be made the day I called and 2.5 hours latter the spring replacement was completed. Matt the technician told me it would be 15-20 minutes to complete. He recommended that the cables not be replaced at this time as they were all in good shape, therefore saving me money. Payment was electronically after Matt provided an electronic bill that was reviewed and signed by me. Matt was presentable and pleasant to me and wished me a good day. Matt represented Dodds Doors professionally in my opinion.

Denise made it happen! Dan was at my doorstep in less than an hour and got me out of my garage! Extremely helpful on the phone and a pleasure to speak with. Dan was also a true gentleman and showed me what to do in the future if it happened again. The nicest team ever!!
