I love the team and atmosphere here! It’s very clean, great range of equipment and classes (for every fitness level) and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Dennis Brent is a fantastic and supportive, trainer with tons of experience and knowledge. He helped me to set realistic fitness goals, challenges me, supports and encourages me every step of the way. Leading to real and successful results. I am healthier and happier because of him. I was incredibly intimated to join a gym and start my fitness journey but I have had nothing but the most amazing experience since joining here. Cassie was amazing when she signed me up and has been a constant motivater and friend since. I do personal training with Alan and he is super personable and has taught me so much! The classes are so much fun and everyone is friendly and helps you out and cheers eachother on. It's truly like a little gym family! So grateful I made the choice to come to this gym. They offer so many classes, have lots of machines to use, the steam room is relaxing after a hard work out and the facility is always nice and clean.

Great gym! One of the busier Gymvmt’s I’ve been too but I train with Sarah and she is amazing! she made me so comfortable in lifting! Front desk staff and other trainers are also nothing but nice and helpful. Definitely recommend coming here if you live near by.
