Orangetheory Fitness

I just joined a month ago and this has been one of the best fitness experiences I have ever had. First off the front desk people are amazing so welcoming and friendly and then the atmosphere in the workout area is great - every age, body shape, fitness ability I have seen now and the workouts and instructors are fantastic. I feel like I am getting my own personal trainer each session as the instructors are watching and providing feedback which is super supportive and encouraging. Highly recommend. It is a worthwhile investment if you can do it.

A personal trainer in each class is incredible. The warm welcome from each staff member is irreplaceable. My whole family comes to this gym and the respect from every single staff member is something that I admire the most. Being acknowledged is what makes this gym and location the best. Thank you!

Fantastic gym with a wonderful community feel! From the second I walked in everyone treated me as if I were family and had been exercising with them for months. The workout is great, the music is high energy and the trainers really keep you feeling confident and motivated. You can tell that the staff at the Clair Rd Guelph location really love what they do.
