Inside Out Success Hypnotherapy & Coaching

I have suffered with depression and anxiety for a very long time. I'd finally had enough of feeling that way! Counselling was just not working for me and I felt that there was no hope. Just recently I decided, as a last ditch effort, I was going to try hypnotherapy. This being the last step before putting myself on SSRI'S. I booked myself in with Stefan. I was a little skeptical to say the least. To my surprise after only 3 of my 6 sessions I'm starting to feel like a better version of the old me, and to top it off I'm even drinking water now. That in itself is huge, as I hated the taste of water and NEVER drank it. I can't thank Stefan enough for giving me my life back.

At first I didn't know what to expect from hypnotherapy, but I had heard some great success stories so gave it a try! Stefan made me feel comfortable and safe, he was very patient and helped me to manage my stress and better my sleep. Hypnotherapy helped me become aware of some of my unhealthy thinking patterns and how to view things from a different perspective. Can't wait to do some more sessions!

The coaching that I received from Stefan has increased my focus and confidence for future endeavours and greatly decreased the doubts and fears I had about life success.
