The session I had with Salma has honestly been life changing and I feel the difference every day. The RTH session enabled me to really understand, process and draw a line under past experiences that were holding me back. I have found inspiration and confidence to take my life in a new direction and feel able to handle and recover from anxiety around stressful situations so much more quickly than I’ve been able to in the past. I’m so grateful to Salma for giving me the opportunity to work with her. I can’t wait to see how I can continue to build on the progress I’ve made so far.
