Wellness 360 Hypnotherapy and Coaching

After decades of smoking, we were referred to Cheryl for smoking cessation. That was in 2014 and I have not had a cigarette since. Quite remarkable! At the time I was not convinced I wanted to quit but was aware for health reasons I should. It has been such a success that I credit Cheryl with saving my life. My health is excellent and my family are so pleased to have my presence whether dining out, or at social events since they were always interrupted with cigarette breaks. What a great experience! I was struggling in my business, my mindset around making money and deserving of money. I knew I needed to do some therapy and reprogramming. Cheryl was great and created hypnotherapy sessions suited to my needs and really resonated with me. Arnaud I found Cheryl through a friend who had great success with Cheryl’s hypnotherapy to stop smoking. I decided to see if this would help me with my teeth grinding. It turned out to be one of the best decisions I have ever made. The sessions helped me get to the root cause of my grinding and gave me tools to deal with them. I was able to do the sessions through ZOOM video. This really worked for me as I could get comfortable in my own home. During your session you are completely aware of your surroundings and you feel relaxed and serene. Cheryl provided me with copies of the audio from our sessions that I often listen to just before going to bed or in the morning. It helps calm my mind and body……a great way to start or end your day.
