Toronto Hypnotherapy

I would HIGHLY recommend trying hypnotism with Andrew Gentile. I first saw him in June of 2022 for PTSD after an accident that caused my neck muscles to seize up into a state similar to whiplash with any jerks or unexpected sharp movements. I had tried seeing other therapists, medication, physiotherapy, etc. and nothing had helped. Andrew was so compassionate and understanding and working with him has been life changing. After listening to the recording of my first session a couple of times I noticed a HUGE difference in my symptoms and my life has been significantly better. I don't leave reviews often, but I want to share my personal experience with how powerful accessing your subconscious can be in helping to resolve deep-seeded and chronic issues.

I highly recommend working with Andrew Gentile! I keep sharing his contact with my friends and relatives and he's helped many of us thanks to his compassionate, empathetic and methodical approach. I've worked with him over the years and not only has he helped me understand were my emotions/traumas come from, accepting them and defining new perspectives on life but he also taught me methods to learn to cope on my own which I found invaluable!

Receiving support from Toronto Hypnotherapy was one of the best decisions I’ve made. After receiving a recommendation from a past client, I signed up for a hypnotherapy appointment with Andrew Gentile. It was my first hypnotherapy appointment and I didn’t know what to expect. Lucky for me, Andrew was the perfect person to guide me through that experience. The first 35-45 minutes included a regular counselling session where I expressed my situation and what I was feeling. Andrew was patient, kind, empathetic, and understanding – all qualities I think are extremely important for this kind of work. The rest of the session (~45-50 min) was a guided hypnotherapy sessions where Andrew drew from our earlier conversation and led me through different thoughts. (P.s. his voice is SUPER calming to listen to)! Andrew clearly knows what he is doing and I trusted him so much that my partner and I registered for the 5-session relationship counselling to help address a medical issue we are trying to work through. All to say, Andrew has supported me and my personal relationship and I am so grateful for the knowledge and care he brings to the table. Bonus points: it’s all virtual and I can receive the support I need from my home.
