Selecting furniture for a pre-construction condo, with young kids, is very hard! Which is why we wanted to work with designers who could help us visualize the right pieces for 3 bedrooms, living and dining based on our needs. After immense review, we went with Level One Studios based on their reviews, gallery and impressions after the initial meetings. Vinh, Luca and Carol are authentic, transparent and supportive. We had multiple delays with the occupancy date, which is very stressful, and they continued to empathize with our frustrations and often acted as our therapists. We followed their recommendation to delay move-in by a few weeks after obtaining the keys so they could have the place all set up for us; that was a game-changer with a two-year old who would have made it very hard for us to install light fixtures and assemble furniture during the day. We had a few issues with deliveries but Luca, Vinh and Carol took care of it all and got replacements immediately. We started this journey back in 2020 and three years later we could not be happier with how everything turned out! What I appreciate most, is that they fulfilled our very specific request that all our furniture must be kid-friendly and spill-proof - they did extra due diligence to ensure we selected the right fabrics and pieces with plenty of storage for toys. We will definitely work with them again if and when we move to a house.

My wife and I had trouble retrofitting our parent's basement for quite sometime until we found Level Studio who were local interior designers in Vaughan. We reached out to them to help us design a functional space that offered privacy for us and could be large enough for family gatherings. Luca & Vinh are a great team as they came in for an initial design consultation and played out some possibilities. We carried through with their design phase and loved everything that they presented us. We definitely learned the importance and value of having a solid game plan during the design phase prior to purchasing anything or beginning the renovation. They were able to capture our vision, needs and wants and their implementation was fantastic. They project managed the entire scope and were easy to work with. Their contracting team were professional and great to have on this project as Luca and Vinh were able to be there every step of the way ensuring quality and make sure things goes to plan.

Vinh and Luca are passionate, caring, diligent and attentive. They went out of their way to cater to every need and requirement I had, as well as making suggestions of their own to compliment my vision. After they finished my apartment, I felt sad that the experience had ended! The whole thing was a pleasure (and I learned how to make excellent drip coffee as a bonus). I couldn't recommend them more to anyone looking to create a unique space that reflects their personality, style and vision. I can't wait to work with them again!
