Alexandr is the best gem in his store!
He recently made a family ring for our grandson’s graduation and actually left a celebration Saturday night to make sure it was polished to excellence! Then he met me on Sunday morning to give us the ring because the ceremony was that afternoon.
(He also made a gorgeous cartouche designed by my husband for our 50th wedding anniversary).
I contacted Trio to see if they could help me with a ring band repair. I received an e-mail response almost immediately and Alex called me shortly thereafter. I dropped the ring off at their Park & Tilford shop with Valerie (who is very helpful) and the repaired ring was returned to my home - on the Sunshine Coast - by Alex.
