Jeff's Junk

Everything about my experience with Jeff's Junk, start to finish, was beyond expectation. I started with just a phone call from BC needing a bin rental for my week-long "vacation" in Ontario and as my needs changed (several times) and I called Kelly with yet another request, Jeff, Jordan and their team were there to accommodate and eventually ended up doing a full 40 years of accumulated junk removal to get my childhood home ready to sell. It was an extremely stressful time for me and I cannot express my gratitude near enough. Their work was impeccable, attitudes professional and positive, the driver's skilled and friendly and Kelly on the phone always had the answers I needed in a friendly, straightforward manner.

I can not start to explain how appreciative I am. We had an urgent need to clean out some household items and junk and Jeff’s Junk answered our panicked call and came right away. Honestly was lifesaving as I could not breath when I found the mess that needed to be looked after asap. Thank you a million times over. The crew was professional and friendly, making such a pleasure out of an awful experience.

I highly recommend Jeff’s Junk for their service and professionalism. I had some additional items to donate to the Furniture Bank and they arrived on time, their truck was clean and the two guys who loaded up my furniture were friendly and super careful with the items. They kept in touch before and during the process. Top notch!
