My partner and I went with Just Junk after having a negative experience with a different hauling company. The person who booked our appointment on the phone was polite and professional. The driver was communicative the entire time we were dealing with him - he called to let us know he was running slightly behind, called again when he was on his way, and still arrived within the booked time frame. They worked quickly and professionally. I don't know much about the cost of dropping items off at the dump, but the pricing seemed fair and I liked that there was a sliding scale dependent on the amount and weight of items. We had the junk in our driveway and received the 10% off. Overall, a great experience. Would highly recommend and will use again.

The team would call or text ahead of time to provide ETA, and communicated the estimated cost before loading to agree on pricing. The team also provided alternative options outside their company which were more cost-effective but less convenient. They are not a pushy company. After the job, Jason also sent photographs to ensure they had picked up intended. This is my 2nd time that I had called on Just Junk to help with cleanup. In both cases the guys arrived right on time, and were very professional/courteous. They picked up all of what we wanted removed and then cleaned up once the truck was loaded. Outstanding service and the cost was reasonable. I would highly recommend your company.
