I don’t typically write Google reviews but the experience I had today was just incredible. I was looking for a older style entry lock/door knob that they don’t carry and they out right told me I should try looking at one of the big-box stores. There was absolutely no hesitation when they shared their knowledge and expertise with me. They made copies of my old key, told me exactly what I needed get if i were to purchase a replacement lock/knob, answered my questions over the phone while I was buying the lock elsewhere and helped me rekey the lock to fit the original set of keys. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Amazing service, prompt, professional, fixed my problem (even though they ran into some issues, they stayed true to my original estimate and didn't gouge me!!) I literally said I wanted to pay him more for his time. He wouldn't take it. Tom and his team are the most honest, best locksmiths around.
