I found Kristina online after having mental breakdowns and constant anxiety since my car accident in March. I can’t explain how much shes helped me since. She guided me throughout my trauma and ive become better with dealing w anxiety when driving. She’s also helped understand my underlying issues that affects my life, still working on it though. Kristina provides a safe and welcoming space for me. Still seeing from time to time now, and it gets better every time. So thank you Kristina.

I have been seeing Kristina since July 2023. First my husband and I went to her for couples counselling. Then I have continued to see her my self. She is personable. She has years of experience in her field. She takes the time to listen. She is flexible when booking and also it helps that she can see clients online for people that can not go to her office. We are blessed that her practice is walking distance from our place. She keeps updated with the latest studies in her field. She is very professional and yet connects to all walks of life. I would recommend her for therapy.

More than a year has passed since my car accident and from that time until now I was meeting Kristina to help, guide and support me to cope up from my accident. Kristina created a space for me to openly share my thoughts and feelings, her active listening skills really helped me feel heard and understood. I feel empowered to make positive changes in my life now and thankful for her help.
