Kristina was amazing, she was able to help me understand the difference in thought processes and was able to relay her knowledge on why individuals also think this way. In my personal experience, I like to understand the science behind it in order to normalize the feelings/thoughts. As she is very knowledgeable she was able to translate her knowledge and background in a relate able way that started from health trauma and ended with recovery.
