Starting coming to beginner kickboxing 2 months ago - Rocky and Wolfgang are excellent coach’s that care and are more than happy to put the time into you if your willing to learn and listen - I will admit I was intimidated at first just like any gym but that quickly evaporated once the class got started - I’m now looking forward to training every week! Great gym to practice and learn MMA. It has different styles such as kickboxing, muay thai, and brazilian jiu jitsu that you can join. Coaches are very professional and helps you to become better by providing good training during class sessions. I would totally recommend this gym to anyone looking to learn MMA. Made the best decision to join this gym.

Fantastic and experienced coaches who really stress the importance of getting the basics right. Classmates are all friendly and supportive of newcomers -- I highly recommend!
