Had a great experience working with The Foam Shop North Vancouver for some custom made cushions and bolsters for our dining area. The first attempt wasn't to our satisfaction but Farida ensured that the covers were replaced and now they look fabulous! Outstanding service from the whole staff, including Farida and manager Jim. We bought a mattress a few years ago that had gotten too soft for our taste, and the store helped us choose a good topper to help make it firmer, rather than trying to sell us a whole new mattress. On top of that, they gave us a very generous discount. Will continue to buy all our bedding here.
