It has been such a pleasant experience! The staff are always very kind and accommodating. The nurses treat you very gently and make you feel at ease during your treatments. Regardless of what treatment you go in for, you always get an attendant or nurse with tons of personality and a joy for what they do. Super friendly, always punctual, with offers and promos up for grabs all the time, I would never hesitate to recommend this incredible gem in the heart of Yorkville. Doesn't hurt how great they make you look and feel, either! Brava.

I purchased laser hair removal for 3 different body regions and I have to say the experience so far has been excellent. I noticed significant difference in just two visits (especially regions with thicker hair). The technicians are very polite and will answer any question you have. The front staff are always very welcoming and accommodating. I highly recommend.
