Went in to get a pair of frames fixed from a rather obscure brand that David’s doesn’t carry. The staff were able to get me sorted out and did the repair same day. Fantastic service and super knowledgable staff!

I had recently broken my glasses and needed them to get fixed, on an off chance I went to David's and asked if they could do it for me-- they said yes and it was handled very quickly. The customer service there is wonderful and when my glasses broke a second time a week later (they were more broken than we realised) she fixed them again of no charge. Super kind, warm and welcoming atmosphere. Will definitely be going back again for my optical needs. Thank you!! 5/5.

Thank you so much for fixing my glasses the same day. I need them to drive and work and without them I can’t do either. So thank you so much again. Everyone was so kind. Saved my job pretty much because I can’t really call out due to broken glasses (they don’t get it because they don’t need glasses). I cannot thank you enough and my next purchase will be through you.
