Optical Factory

I was about to call John for a price on glasses as my kid (queens uni student) broke his glasses ....again. l Irealized I had never left a review. In summary believe all the 5 star reviews. My son was in Toronto when his glasses came in and John was going to Toronto for family and..yup...he dropped them off at our house in the mail box as it was middle of the night . I have no more words .

My husband and I were on our way to Niagra Falls when he remembered he forgot his glasses and lenses, we stopped by optical factory and Mr.Durst was very kind and helpful, and supplied my husband with the lenses he needed for the duration of our trip free of charge. It was such a sweet gesture and It made our day.

Went in with broken glasses, the owner was personable and friendly and fixed them in no time with no charge, amazing service.
