I booked an initial consultation with Céline related to persistent hip pain. She recommended an MRI to determine if there are underlying factors contributing to the pain which will help inform future treatment plans. In the meantime, she worked on various areas of my back, hips, neck and ankles and did some range of motion stretching. She asked questions throughout the session and explained what she was doing and how inflammation in one part of my body could be impacting other parts of my body. There were definitely some painful moments (which is to be expected) but I feel so much looser and the pain level has dropped considerably from what I have been experiencing. I highly recommend Céline and feel confident in saying, you will be in very good hands.
