More than a year ago, I had a serious accident and broke vertebrae, sternum, and ribs. I have been working with Hoba Chenari for over 8 months. First he freed up my diaphragm so I could take a deep breath. And then he worked at loosening the tight muscles protecting the broken bones. Soon I felt some relief and stopped taking pain killers. My posture has improved - I’ve gone from bent over, walking with a hiking pole to an upright, free striding person. I can walk 4 kilometers and am once again riding a bike in the streets of Vancouver. I am grateful to Hoba for his consistent, compassionate, and whole-body approach to treating my injury.
