Appointment was given the same day. We had 2 hornet nests to be removed. Maggie (in the office) was so great to deal with and our technician Charles was on time, very professional and explained everything he was doing. He also cleaned up everything before he left. In addition, I received a text confirming the appointment and another text from the technician letting us know he was on his way. After paying, we received the invoice/receipt via email instantly. I would highly recommend this company. Great job!

I had a wasp problem under my soffit and I called CPO. They responded very quickly and were extremely professional. Emanuel was my technician and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. My wasp nest was sprayed 4 and a half hours ago and so far, not a single wasp to be seen and we had hundreds of them... ( Even though they told me it could take up to a week to rid them). Thank you so much for the fast and effective service and I would highly recommend them. I am so glad I chose CPO and not another company as they seem to have fixed my wasp nest problem. (BTW I got stung twice 2 days ago and I think CPO fixed my wasp problem to ensure I don't get stung again). Thanks again for the wonderful service. Emanuel you rock. Plus...They offer a 3 month warranty which is awesome.

I appreciated the texts messages saying when the technician (Joey) would arrive. First one, when I booked the appointment gave a 2 hour window when he would arrive. Second message, the day of the appointment, said that he was on his way. My appointment was within the original 2 hour time window and Joey was finished the job within 30 minutes.
