Nicholas worked diligently this summer to get rid of our flying squirrels making sure they don't re-enter and helped us to understand how to prevent any future intrusions. He never gives up and between him and his office, the communication was excellent including well managed appointments. Nicholas went above and beyond our expectations in every way to get the job done. Wildlife Outaouais is the greatest company to call to rid of your rodents and we would use them again for other rodents around the property (hopefully never again for flying squirrels!).
