As a small business owner who is constantly in the eye of public scrutiny, managing potential or current pest issues are a very high priority for me. Dawn in the Oshawa North location on Summerville and Taunton has serviced my restaurant for about six months and will continue maintenance services for the foreseeable future. Ben McCarthy is our Orkin Rep he is very knowledgeable about his job we have had a few issues before he started working with us now Ben has all our problems under control. I mentioned to Ben we had an issue with a certain type of moths Ben put a couple of moth baits into play within 5 minutes the baits started giving results good stuff. Ben is polite and courteous to all he comes in contact with making it very easy for him to conduct the services we need tks Ben.

Jason Lyons came to our house to conduct an initial inspection of our problem with feral ants. He was extremely knowledgeable about our problem and gave us a lot of information. He was straight-up honest with us that what we were already doing is the best, most cost-effective solution, and put my wife and I at ease that we were on the right track.
