Protection Plus

4 weeks ago Best in the Biz! We purchased a very secure locking system from Protection Plus about a year ago. We required some additional assistance and were impressed when Protection Plus sent a technician on the same day we requested one! The technician was punctual and took his time to explain the product to us. I would 100% use Protection Plus for both my home and for my business.

Wayne the sales rep was super patient answered all my questions and even provided feedback on a unrelated matter! Amazing service! William was friendly and made sure that all was working before he left our home. I am happy that we went with Protection Plus for the security of our new home!

These guys are great for installing and servicing home security systems. A year ago they installed 8 cameras for us and were very professional in helping us locate them and educating us on the use of the monitoring system. We had a service call recently as one of our cameras was not working and they promptly came out, did all the diagnostic work, etc. The problem was not the camera, but the cable - which they repaired. The service person was very knowledgeable and generous with is time.
