MRC Sleep

I walked in to this location since I was in the area. All I can say is the lady who helped me was amazing. She was very accommodating and knowledgable. Despite not making an appointment, she gave me the best customer service possible. I will make sure to book a time in the future. I used to drive to North York to have to resupply my cpap machine/parts, but since I've discovered this location in Markham, I will be going here instead. They also seem to have more of a supply selection which is a huge plus for me. 5/5 would recommend.

Took my old apap machine that I had purchased from MRC a while back to see if its working properly. The service was exceptional. Yvonne was super knowledgeable and found a workaround that saved me a ton of money. Granted there was a recall with the model I had but I would not know about it if I did not had Yvonne's help. Thanks so much.

I am very pleased and impressed with the service that Philip had provided. He was very patient and paid attention to all my needs, he was very knowledgeable on the CPAP equipment, he took time to explain on the functions of the products. I was extremely happy with his excellent service.
