VitalAire St Catharines

My experience here was very good. The calls leading up to my visit were very pleasant. I was greeted at the door with kindness during my visit, and the staff was exceptional. My consultant came in from Cambridge to see me and was very professional and a joy to speak to. She was very knowledgeable and not rushed in any way. All in all, a very good visit. I highly recommend it. Also, I had no issues when I called the hotline and was patched through to the St. Catharines location quickly without any issues.

The staff at this location are friendly and knowledgeable. They know their products and want you to be satisfied with your equipment. The level of customer service had improved immensely since when I first used the services of the previous location. Thank you again!
