Renting was quick and easy! Who doesn’t love a seamless process. What I will say stood out the most is the customer service that I reviewed from Dereka. She was very informative and knowledgeable in answering my questions. She definitely made my day with the craziness off moving! Thank you keep up the amazing work! I don’t know who I would need to speak to but she deserves a raise or promotion or something. Would recommend this location based on her attitude alone. Thanks again.

Have been looking all over the area for a storage unit. Happened to come across SmartStop and made the purchase. Dereka was amazing. she helped us with finding the right size unit we needed, was very friendly and polite. Couldn’t have asked for a better first experience.
