I've visited this clinic several times. It is bright and clean, the staff is courteous, and the doctors I've seen are knowledgeable and sympathetic. The wait is it a bit long but this seems normal for a drop-in clinic in a busy area. A nurse will take your phone number and send you a text when they're ready to see you.It might have been a good way to get ahead in the line.
I went in to the clinic today and had a positive experience. I didn't have to wait long before I was seen by someone. My nurse, Rachel was warm, friendly, and attentive to my needs. Dr. Memar was attentive and spent time listening to me before giving a diagnosis. It was convenient they had a pharmacy right next door, so I could get my prescription filled quickly.
Thank you for being so kind and professional, from start to finish ????????
I recommend getting there 30 minutes before open if time allows as the line up can get full fast - as is the case everywhere I've tried.
However, once inside, I felt like a human being and not just another number. The nurses and doctor asked very good questions that really showed a relieving level of attention. I really felt cared for.
