I booked an appointment with Chelsea because after my pregnancy I had gain a bit of weight and bad eating habits and needed some guidance on how to have a more nutritious diet. Chelsea was amazing! Extremely knowledgeable, always took her time to further explain any concepts I didn’t understand and answer any questions I had. She completely changed the way I thought about and planned my meals and helped me take a more balanced approach to eating. In the month that I saw her I lost almost all the weight I wanted to loose just my tweaking a few things to my meals (mainly added more protein to my diet). I always feel full and satisfied and reached my goal without using any fad and failed diets. She also gave me so many meal ideas and suggestions that helped me further reach my goal with delicious meals. I highly recommend Chelsea! She is truly there to help you and will always work hard to guide you to a healthier lifestyle.

Chelsea is fantastic. She provides excellent guidance, food suggestions/substitutions, motivation, inspiration, and ideas to help you realize and recognize your progress. She helped me understand so much more about diet and nutrition, and what creative and healthy options are available. She really listens to you, and it is obvious that she is passionate about helping her clients. I would definitely recommend her!!.

Chelsea is a very knowledgeable dietitian. She carefully explains not only what foods to eat and when but also in what combinations. She continues to help me approach certain foods in a more positive manner.
