Alchemy Yoga & Wellness Studio

I absolutely love this studio, especially Rachel! She was my first ever yoga instructor years ago when I first started practicing. I recently moved to Port Colborne and tried out 2 studios closer to home, they just didn't cut it. I now travel to Alchemy for my weekly practice. You not only feel your body during and after each practice, Rachel also teaches you so much about pain management, meditation, relaxation, the list goes on! She truly cares for each one of her clients. I am glad I am back.

Love, love, love this studio! Rachel is absolutely amazing!! I went in with doubts and came out feeling at peace, relaxed and wanting more! My 2 boys 10 and 13 also attend weekly Sessions! Best decision I ever made! You will not be disappointed with this studio and all it has to offer.

I enjoy going to the Alchemy Yoga studio. It’s a beautiful place with a cozy interior and warm atmosphere. The studio has great teachers who are sharing their knowledge and energy with all their hearts. I always leave re-energized, focused and peaceful.
