Hot Yoga 101

Hot Yoga 101 is an excellent yoga studio that I've been a member of since 2015. The instructors are remarkable, displaying expertise and passion in every class. The studio is always spotless, creating a serene environment for focused practice. The sense of community is outstanding, with friendly and supportive staff. What sets Hot Yoga 101 apart is their commitment to improvement, offering new classes and workshops to cater to evolving needs. It's truly a sanctuary for growth and well-being.

What a lovely hot yoga spot! I went to try a Hot HIIT class and really enjoyed it and got a good sweat. For class, you will need a mat, towel for your mat and water bottle. They recommend arriving 10 minutes before class, as doors are locked once class starts, and no late entries are permitted.

I can't say enough good things about Hot Yoga 101! I've been going here for years and love each class I take. From the location, to the instructors, and diversity of classes offered, I love the studio! Whether you are a beginner or intermediate yogi, the classes will test your strength and flexibility each time. I always leave feeling happier, healthier, and wanting more.
