Great workout studio, great instructors who are there to encourage and make sure you are doing exercises correctly, so you avoid injuries. Clean and great equipment. Workouts are challenging, and you just turn up, complete the workout and leave satisfied.

I started OT coming off an injury, they help modify my workouts to keep up my fitness goals. I go for the energy and getting in shape is the bonus.

I love the well-designed, full body workouts and cardio with energetic and fun trainers. The daily changing programs never get boring. It's the perfect group workout for all levels of fitness.
