“2025 Update: Teen Challenge Canada-Ontario Men's Centre was founded by Pastor David Wilkerson. Teen Challenge is overcoming addiction day by day, and the center was created to meet the needs of youths. A 12-month in-residential alcohol and drug addiction rehabilitation program for adults provides help and hope to those who are struggling with addictions. Today, Teen Challenge is a non-profit, faith-based program operating in 82 countries with over 1,100 locations internationally. I’m 53 years old, and I can honestly say that Teen Challenge changed the course of my life. Before entering the program, I struggled with instability and a lack of direction. Teen Challenge gave me the structure, support, and faith-based guidance I needed to truly turn things around — but I’ll be the first to say, you have to go in with a heart that wants to change. This program isn’t a quick fix. It’s a commitment — emotionally, spiritually, and mentally. But if you’re ready to surrender and do the work, the results speak for themselves. Teen Challenge has a documented 80% recovery rate, as verified by a U.S. government study. They followed graduates for five years after completing the program, and 80% were still clean and drug-free. I’m proud to be part of that 80%. If you or someone you love is struggling with addiction, I strongly encourage you to consider Teen Challenge. It’s not just a program — it’s a life transformation.

Teen challenge is a wonderful Christian organization. Thank you to all the staff and volunteers for all that you do. Its primary focus is helping those in need physically and more importantly, spiritually. Guiding those who are lost to find a path of recovery through Jesus’s love, redemption and strength. It was an honour attending the recent gala dinner and hearing the testimony of those whose lives have been changed forever by God!

Amazing rehabilitation program, unlike any other! Loving qualified staff and non profit so it’s of very little cost to the student. Highly recommend!

Addiction Services and CMHA have changed my life. I can not recommend them both enough. I have been clean now for over 12 years and sober for 8 months. They have both given me a solid foundation to stand on. I am now very active in AA and in my community as a result of all of the programs I have completed. I look at myself and others through a new lens now. Thank you for changing my life.

Powerful resource in most cities across the country. Not intended for emergency or medical purposes which is what most of these negative/uneducated reviews are based off. Thank you for providing for this city despite being so understaffed, underpaid, unappreciated and misunderstood. Those in the community with compassion, empathy, and an understanding of how mental illness effects EVERYONE appreciate you.

I personally have a great experiance n I went three something that was really upsetting n they were actually concerned for my well being n wanted to know if I needed someone to talk to ..... so if that doesn't show u something I dont know what does.

Starting a new job is not easy, especially if your on this program but, the nurses at the clinic were amazing and as long as your honest they will help you and fight the good fight with you! Thank you ladies your amazing!!

My fiance and I have had nothing but success at this clinic. With all other clinics we never seemed to stick with it and always stopped going after a couple days or weeks. But with OATC, we have successfully been on the program for almost a year and will definitely be able to overcome our old habits.
