“Jennifer Kausky has a Master's Degree in Social Work and also dedicated herself to obtaining specialized training in couples counselling. Her expertise extends to Levels 1 & 2 of Gottman Method Couples Therapy Training, as well as Gottman Advanced Training in Trauma, Infidelity, and Couples Addiction Recovery. Additionally, she has completed the Gottman “Seven Principles of Making Marriage Work” Group Leader training. Jennifer conducts a thorough Assessment with couples, identifying their current strengths and areas for improvement. She then provides couples with a Comprehensive Treatment Plan. Jennifer also has a passion for working with Women. She has undergone specialized training geared towards aiding Women Survivors of Abuse. More specifically, she has an expertise in the areas of Emotional and Narcissistic Abuse. Jennifer has a passion for helping women struggling with Co-dependency, low Self-esteem, and difficulty with Boundaries, all of which make them vulnerable to Toxic Relationships. Jennifer wants all women to know that healing from these difficult relationships is possible, and they can not only recover, but thrive. Her proficiency also extends to the treatment of various concerns, including: Pre-marital counselling, PTSD Recovery from Toxic Relationships, Separation/Divorce recovery, Body-Image, Post-abortion healing, Anxiety, and Depression (including Post-partum).
