CHERYL RICHARDSON, PT - PHYSIOHAUS HEALTH + WELLNESS REVIEWS
I have been working with Cheryl Richardson for a few months now. She is a master at taking a whole body systems approach to healing. She really has listened to me and partnered with me to find a series of exercises that have significantly addressed some chronic hip and knee issues and my plantar fascitis is completely healed. This is the best physio experience I have had in my life and I am so grateful for the care and support.
If you have TMJ issues, Cheryl has the knowledge and exercises to help you on the road to recovery. The dry needling was especially effective for me. She answers questions and concerns thoroughly based on the expertise she has in this area. She also helped me develop a program that will help me strengthen my jaw and avoid flare ups going forward. I highly recommend Cheryl to anyone with TMJ issues.
Cheryl is amazing! She takes great care to listen to you and then develops a plan to get you better. She emails plans for home based physio. She truly cares. My recovery is moving along well and I know she is a big reason why. I’m very grateful to have Cheryl as my physiotherapist, and I believe she’s a genius.
