The woman who helped me was delightful! She was knowledgeable of the products and gave me all the quotes I asked for without pushing a sale. I ended up getting everything I needed within my budget. I would highly recommend the White Oaks location. In fact, I went on a recommendation from a friend who purchased there last month, and I'm happy I did!

Great experience with Rose today she helped me find cute frames and made everything go smoothly. So friendly and had a welcoming smile. I liked the atmosphere. They had a really nice selection of sunglasses/frames. I think their Raybands set up is super cute. 10/10 slay!

Rachel was amazing!! She had so much energy and made it more enjoyable, normally going to get my glasses feels like a chore but she made it fun. She even convinced me to buy my first pair of prescription sunglasses

I happily recommend Einsteins Optical for all of your eye wear needs! I was left hanging when another vendor was unable to deliver new glasses to me within two weeks. Einsteins Optical was able to get me a new pair of glasses and frames in 24hrs. They were extremely helpful in selecting my frames. Their customer service was outstanding. It was refreshing to receive that kind of customer service! We will be purchasing our family’s eyewear from Einsteins Optical from now on.

Tariq and his staff are wonderful to deal with. They explain everything. They have beautiful designer frames to fit every budget. If you have a problem, they are quick to help solve it. Einsteins Optical is the only place my family and I go to for all of our eye exams and glasses needs!!!

Extremely helpful and great price. I showed him my receipt from Lenscrafter's for Oakley prescription sunglasses and he beat their price by $140! I had to double check that it was right. Ordered right there on the spot and he even direct billed my benefits, while Lenscrafter's didn't offer for the same benefits company.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Bailey Nelson Optometrist Masonville. It was late at night but even then, the Optician, Prince, greeted and helped me with great enthusiasm and efficiency! I have yet to meet the rest of the staff but Prince truly made my day! I will definitely visit again soon!

Called to ask about getting my father's very old eye glasses cleaned. Emma was super polite and said they could, and it is complimentary. Once I arrived, they had about 3 customers, I took a seat and Emma greated me and cleaned them. They even offered to replace the vintage strap bridge nose piece for free! I will definitely come back when I need new glasses.

They were so thorough and they explained everything throughout the process of the eye exams. Friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere.
