I heard about this place on Saturday and was able to book online for Monday. The emails were really helpful and easy to use. Especially filling out the type of massage you want, music, if you want to talk etc. Also was nice to fill out the benefits form instead of having to do it there. The place was easy to find! The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. She was also very quick too! I had Nicole. She was super nice and really passionate about what she does. I told her it was my first massage and she was really excited for me. She walked me through on what I should expect. She was really great with asking me how the pressure was. Also, she is just super easy to chat with.

I was prescribed massage for hyper mobility and posture issues and have seen Heather twice so far for massage therapy. The difference I felt and saw in my back and shoulder muscles just after one session was mind blowing, and the results had last pretty well to my next session 2 weeks later. She's extremely knowledgeable and offers tips on stretches, workouts, maintenance and preventative measures to help keep your body healthy. I'm only 2 sessions in and cannot wait for my next appointment.

The most indepth massage I've ever had, James understands the muscles and could pin point the knots in my back and neck. It would be best to keep going minimum every month to get the best long-term results. Excellent job!!!

Dr. Laura has completely changed my life in only a few sessions. She has decades of experience as a chiropractor, and explained things in a way that made sense. She has a soft spoken nature that really puts you at ease. I had no idea how debilitating the tension in my body was until it started to disappear. My anterior pelvic tilt, forward neck posture, and lower back pain were so significantly improved after an adjustment, I knew this was the missing piece of the puzzle. Chiropractic care combined with targeted strengthening exercises and stretch therapy seem to be exactly what I need, I’m so grateful to Ayad and Dr Laura.

Went there first time last week. Had a great experience nice and clean calm atmosphere. Thank you Ayad for a relaxing massage.

It was a wonderful experience with Ayad RMT a professional and attentive guy. I will come back.

I went for my first ever massage therapy appointment with Kylie. I was a little nervous at first but Kylie was very professional and made me feel very relaxed talking to me about everything she was doing. She suggested a few things I could do to help with nerve pain. Thanks Kylie for making me feel comfortable and for the great massage. Made my second appointment before I left. So happy.

I had my first cupping session ever with Cate and it was the best. She was so considerate and careful and so professional. I was late (I could not find parking and I got lost) but Cate accomodated me and ensured that I left with much lesser pain that I had gone in with. Thank you Cate!
