I’ve really enjoyed my time at Horizon Condominiums par Brigil. The building is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the community vibe is friendly and relaxed. A big plus has been Houria, the community manager. She’s approachable, quick to respond, and always does her best to sort out any issues that come up. Whether it’s a maintenance request or just a random question, she handles things efficiently and keeps everyone in the loop—which is much appreciated. Overall, it’s been a great experience living here. Solid location, comfortable units, and good support when you need it. Hard to ask for more.

Nada was the nicest and most professional agent I've ever met in Ottawa-Gatineau, to be honest. I was late for 30mins on a Friday evening, but she still patiently met and greeted me at the entrance. She understood my requirements, expectations, and budget to find me the most suitable apartment that fit my needs.
