There were people, an old man who was smiling and helpful, but the young one, his service was not up to expectations, neither smile nor kindness and politeness when he spoke, he just reflected a bad image of the quality of service.

I made a diamond purchase and they refused to give me a certificate that shows the carat grade and characteristics. When I spoke to the lady in charge to give me a refund in case she is not able to provide me with a diamond certificate, she refused to do so and told me that I can only make an exchange.
