I had a positive experience at the store. The lady was kind to help me in english even though this location is in Quebec so I'm grateful for that. She helped me pick a couple of layers of materials to build a mattress to my liking. You will definitely be spending more than you would on a bed-in-a-box, but the mattresses are made locally and they are double sided(!!) which gives it a much longer lifespan. As for the mattress...it's amazing. The quality of my sleep is so much better now, I get comfortable very easily and don't toss and turn all night. I have more energy and am generally happier and have much less body pain. Oh also, the delivery was right on time and the delivery men were clean and quick and very kind.

Would recommend to family and friends. Staff was knowledgable and very friendly. Found best quality price on the market probably because you deal direct with the manufacturer. Didn't know we could still get reversible mattresses which lasts much longer. Delivery and installation went like a charm. And if you don't take my word for it, check out there fantastic awards! No wonder they won best customer satisfaction award with Protéger-Vous.

Classic well built double sided with staggering pocket coils for the smoothest plush firm mattress anywhere. With everything made in house, it's hard to find a better night's sleep. Every night turns to a well rested morning.

Les gars sont arrivés à l’heure et se sont annoncés. Ils ont porté des revêtements par-dessus leurs chaussures et ont accepté de porter le masque. Très serviables, ils ont bien voulu descendre mon ancienne base de lit dans mon sous-sol avant d’installer la nouvelle et ont bien géré l’identification d’un problème matériel avec l’un des moteurs de la base de lit électrique, en s’assurant que nous étions en contact avec le fournisseur avant de repartir. Très bon service.

Service impeccable! J'étais un peu inquiète d'aller magasiner un matelas avec un petit avec nous, mais Mme Josée Sévigny fut extrêmement compréhensive et accueillante! Elle a pris le temps de répondre à nos questions, nous conseiller adéquatement, nous sommes plus que satisfaits! Nous recommandons vivement.

Excellents services de matelas Dauphin ! La vendeuse était parfaite et les installateurs nous ont prévenus bien à l'avance et sont arrivés à l'heure. L'installation s'est faite rapidement et avec succès ! Bravo et merci à l'équipe.

On a vraiment été surpris par la qualité du service dans le magasin. Notre vendeur, Jean-François Trottier, a vraiment offert un service exceptionel. On a senti aucune pression de sa part, il donnait de très bon conseils et semblait réellement content de nous aider a trouver le bon matelas. Je ne laisse pas souvent ce genre de review, mais c'était un service étonnant. En plus, je suis pasmal certain qu'on est ressorti avec un bon prix. On avait bien étudié le marché et ils ont battu tout ce qu'on a pu trouver en ligne en terme de prix!.

I visited Dormez Vous about a month ago and Natacha helped me find the most comfortable mattress. I always thought I needed firm but as she had me try out several models I found myself gravitating towards medium. She found me a great deal, under my budget. I have now been enjoying this mattress for a month and I'm shocked that many of the body pains I just assumed were morning stiffness are gone. Very pleased with the shopping experience and the product.
