Fait l'achat de nombreuses fenêtres et d'une nouvelle porte d'entrée. Tout a été installé cette semaine. Service extra! On ne peut passer sous silence le vendeur Claude Lemay qui offre un service conseil hors pair sans oublier une très grande disponibilité pour le service après vente! Ainsi que les installateurs qui ont fait preuve de professionnalisme remarquable ! Merci beaucoup! Cliente plus que satisfaite..

Très bonne expérience pour le choix et l'installation de trois portes. Le vendeur a proposé de se déplacer chez moi, à une petite heure d'Ottawa. Contrairement aux deux autres fabricants à qui j'avais aussi demandé des devis. Prix concurrentiels. Installateurs méticuleux. Produits dont la performance énergétique permet d'obtenir la subvention et le prêt à taux zéro du fédéral. J'ai apprécié de trouver un fabricant qui installe lui-même ses produits : un seul interlocuteur facilite facilite l'application de la garantie.

J'ai fait changer toutes les portes et fenêtres d'une maison à Gatineau. Très satisfait du travail fait. Très bonne qualité de matériaux et très bon service de Claude le représentant.

After months of research last summer 2023 , consulting with neighbors & knowing it was serious time to consider having some work executed in our 29 year old Town House at 282 Jules-Bordet , Gatineau, Quebec. To replace 3 sets of widows, facing south with insulation integrity beginning to deteriorate & to upgrade thermal properties ! I commenced to shop around and get informed of procedures with a few well known fabricators & installation companies with very costly and Long wait times for service ! Then I remembered , a window and door fabricator on Maloney Boulevard , In Gatineau called Roberge, and dropped in to view and get informed !!! The Best Move I ever did ; I requested to speak to a knowledgeable personnel who was bilingual and could educate me further in my quest for good service ! This where a Gentleman by the name of M. Claude Lemay came over to greet me ! I relayed my plight for explanation & service..... what a consummate professional & very knowledgeable person with a facility with customers while explaining the process of this ordeal .... which was not an ordeal ! He explained who he was and his vast experience. he really made this a pleasurable investment experience....... this professional made us, wife and I comfortable to sign with he and his company Roberge Prote et Fenetre! - Jacques D Reply
