We did business with Lavérendrye for our first construction. We have always bought houses already built in the past. The service offered by Lavérendrye construction (Mathieu Béland) was impeccable at all levels. We were taken care of from start to finish. Very professional, attentive to needs, always ready to answer all our questions. The delivery was made and we are extremely satisfied with the product and services. I recommend to anyone who wants a new construction and who is shopping around for construction companies, Lavérendrye has proven to be an excellent choice all round and we recommend them.

From our first visit to the model home in February our experience with Luc Perrier and the Construction LaVerendrye team was and continues to be exceptional. Keys in hand on the scheduled day, impeccable finish and no surprises. We are very happy in our Gilmour! Stephanie Kluke was amazing. It was a great experiencing walking this journey with her. She helped us in chosing the right property within our budget. Stephanie never got tired of answering all my questions, emails and phone calls. She always picked her calls, be it in the evenings / weekends. Stephanie was just a call away! We had to change the contract at some point and stephanie was very understanding, patient and swift in action. The model house sold to us is very pretty and we can't wait to move in and call it home. Extremely quick at responding to any questions and will help and guide for any issues that would present itself along the way! When everything was decided in the last 8 hours towards the end Stephanie was there no hesitation and met me for a visit of the house very early (7) before my work to facilitate with my schedual! With a very short notice. Only good things to say about Stephanie Kluke and MCL and would recommend to anyone.

One of the greatest building company out there. The unsatisfied clientele most likely never got anything else built from anyone else. I have built 2 properties with them so far. Yes there was some delays with post-construction work, but everything has been done in a timely manner with great care.
