Aspen Park Rentals

Just finished a one year residency at 4 Augustine Cres. The apartment building and grounds are kept extremely clean and well maintain under the direction of the building manager Linda. Staff and tenants are extremely friendly and welcoming. The building manager Linda was very friendly, fair, and would go the extra mile for her tenants. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would return if the circumstances arose. Anyone looking for a secure and friendly apartment building this is it! I have been renting at Aspen Park and I highly recommend this property if you are looking to rent in Sherwood Park. The building is well maintained, quiet and very well managed! The on site building manager is professional and great to deal with.

The property manager was great to work with, communicated well, and often went above the call of duty. Very happy with our experience and would recommend to anyone. Nice units at a fair rate.
