3 Best Audiologists in Montreal, QC

I have been a client for several years. Lachance offers a wonderful, spacious and friendly environment. They call regulars by their first names. The staff of have always been compassionate, professional and knowledgeable. They are also very fair in their pricing. I just transferred my mother from another audiologist because I saw a huge difference in the quality of care. They were patient and kind with her and they took the time to explain things a few times. I moved here from my previous audiologist and what a great move. I am not a easy client due to problems with molds but Celine has been so patient and helpful even after many mold changes. She still greets me with a smile and the staff always have a welcoming word.

Since my mother has required hearing aids, we have been using Mark & Lachance's. The service is five-star, and the employees are kind, patient, and always willing to go the extra mile for their clients. I wish that all companies treated their clients as well as Mark & Lachance treat my mom. Highly recommended.

We first started going to the Clinic 3 1/2 years ago. It’s the best thing that ever happened to us. The Care is outstanding. Joanna knows so much, and it never ceases to amaze us how much time she has for us. She talks to us and answers all her questions. She recommends things and she does so much for us. The staff is incredible. Each one and treats us like family. We’re so happy to have found this Clinic and the people who are there to help us. Just picked up the new hearing aids and we have been launched into the future. Can you believe the hearing aid has an app on the cell phone so that Hearing can be regulated when a telephone call comes in or there’s too much background noise. Whoever heard of such a thing? What a fabulous place. This is and what fabulous service we get.

I needed custom ear plugs to drown out my husband’s snoring. Joanna took a few moulds in order to get the exact fit and my earplugs were ready two weeks later. Joanna advised I could try them out for one month without being charged (nice courtesy) in case I had any issues, which I did not. It’s been six months and I’ve been sleeping soundly. Excellent service!
