Amazing service!!! The gym itself is very clean and new and all the employees are professional and courteous. The people in customer service are also always very courteous and welcoming. I really appreciated Michaël's welcome during my appointments. I was followed for a long time at PhysioExtra place Saint-Henri for a back injury. I started with a first line program (with physiotherapist and occupational therapist) and then I followed a second line program (with physiotherapist, occupational therapist and kinesiologist). I really enjoyed my experience with the whole team! All team members are very professional, punctual and experienced!! The team works in interdisciplinarity to ensure complete care for patients, which ensures a very good continuity of care and fluidity in it. I greatly thank Laura, Lara, Ariane, Émilie, Louise, Usman and Frédérick for their support and help throughout my experience with them!! They gave me a lot of encouragement, advice and exercises (which I continue to practice every week by the way! ;) ). They kept me motivated and personalized my care throughout the process. They listen and work in partnership with patients to achieve their goals. I really felt understood and supported throughout my experience at the clinic, which was really appreciated.
