I usually go to the Oshawa location where my Audiologist Jen works from. She also works at this location and I had an emergency 10 min prior to closing. Jen waited a few extra minutes for me and resolved the issue I had. She saved me a trip to a walkin clinic! She has always been helpful, kind and honest. Far superior service than Ajax location. Thanks Jen for making hearing aids tolerable

My hearing was not at the level it should be , so I decided to get it tested. Not sure where to go I was very lucky to have chosen this location. Natel is great right from the start. She was polite, and professional. After the test results showed me I was right to be concerned. I ordered the hearing aids, and once again Natel was great walking me though all I needed to know. I highly recommend this location for your hearing needs.

I have bought the hearing aids and I did not realize just how bad my hearing was until I tried there hearing aids. The staff was great, very pleasant to talk with, no pressure to buy and helped me put a payment plan together that worked out with my budget. Never have to sit in the waiting room long before being looked after. I would recommend Hearing Life to anyone thinking of buying hearing aids.

Brigitte and her team are amazing!! Caring and compassionate are the words to describe her... My father-in-law has been coming here for years. He has received amazing care for his hearing AIDS that cost thousands of dollars more at other locations. My kids have come to this location for regular treatments and they have had nothing but positive things to say. Brigette is a huge supporter of community activities especially youth in sports. And we our grateful for everything she is done for our family. Good luck and do your research and you will come back time after time...

The ladies that work here are fantastic! They are patient and kind. Incredibly knowledgeable and one of the most comfortable atmospheres I have encountered. I have stopped in multiple times with my grandmother whom always has a slew of questions and they always address each and everyone with respect and a smile. No matter how evident the answer may be. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

From someone who gets their ears flush annually, this place was the pinnacle place of ear flushery. Never will i go back to another place. Dr. was super friendly.

My experience with Hear Right Canada is Whitby fir the past 3 years has been phenomenal! I just purchased my second set of Hearing Aid's today. Harima has always gone above and beyond to teach me everything I need to know about my HA's. She always makes me feel so comfortable and listens patiently .The service is so professional . Heather is so welcoming and always accommodates me, even on short notice. I highly recommend this office if you are new to wearing Hearing Aids or a returning customer. I look forward to amazing ongoing appointments in the future.

My wife went in to get her hearing checked. After seeing how well she was taken care of, and the fact it was complimentary, I booked my own appointment! It was a pleasure, and I look forward to working with them to help protect my hearing.

I went to see Harima on New Year’s Eve for a clogged ear wax removal and I was in and out within 30 minutes. I saw 2 doctors at 2 walk-in clinics all they told me to take ear drops which I was already doing and around this time it was impossible for me to find an appointment anywhere. I called Hear Right and she had me come in within an hour and did the job right. I’m so grateful to be hearing properly again.
