I recently had a therapy session with Omar and all I can say is that I’m so incredibly thankful I booked with him and am excited to make him my regular therapist. Omar asked me briefly about my history with my specific issues, gave me a full assessment and explained every single step of what he was doing, how these things happen, and what we can do to fix them. He is incredibly knowledgeable in his skill, and exceptionally personable- I just met him that day but I felt like I was talking to a friend I’ve known forever! He worked on some of my tough spots and during the session I could feel the tension in the spots easing off, he truly knows his skill I cannot stress that enough. Thank you so much Omar- I’ll definitely be seeing you again!!

It was my first time visiting for a massage therapy to help with my recovery from a shoulder injury. The experience was amazing. The staff were friendly yet professional. The vibe was spot on, from the music to the relaxed environment. Tina did a fantastic job with my massage. 10/10 would recommend and looking forward to my next visit.

Just visited for the first time and had a great experience. The clinic was beautiful, clean, and friendly. I had a massage by Ryan Ferry and it was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. Suffering from neck and shoulder pain due to work from home job I left after my massage easily walking and with no pain. Thank you kindly for the amazing massage, a wonderful experience, I would recommend it to anyone and would love to come back for sure. Keep it up, Ryan!!!!

Amazing pre-natal massage experience. My RMT was Ana and she was gentle but effective. She was respectful and professional. We talked throughout the session, which can sometimes not be relaxing, but her conversation was so calming and she made the entire experience a very relaxing one. I walked out of there feeling so much lighter. Absolutely loved it. I will definitely be returning for another pre-natal massage.

First time this place. I had therapeutic massage by Monica. I was treated with respect, dignity and professionally. She knew exactly where I needed her help to relieve stress problem areas and worked her magic. Well done! Clean, friendly enviroment Self care is very important so take the time to treat yourself. This has been my go-to place since moving to Whitby last year. I've had massages from 3 of the therapists so far. Peter has been my go-to for a while now. He's got great pressure, a very solid technique, and is a kind individual. I highly recommend Hand & Stone Whitby.
